is there a way to make a server without port forwarding or using a VPN?

hamachi lags my friends computers and i have no current way to port forward and id like to know if theres a way to do it without a VPN or port forwarding. Is there any mods similar to the Essential mod for NSSS?

Maybe try a localhost to internet service like ngrok.
