Animated Menus

I don't know how difficult it would be to program, but maybe add simple animated menus like in Alpha 16.04 Cypress from the AlphaVer ARG? This could be an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrKsWwS8PCI (See the menus in the beginning, might be a little cheesy but I think it could work well in the game.)
